Where We Stand

Section 4: Current Status—Where We Stand

4.1 Today’s Reality

AuraBnB is a startup with big dreams and no physical assets yet:

  • No Properties: Construction hasn’t started; we’re in planning mode.

  • Token Live: AURA trades on Solana DEXs

  • Community: Growing via X (@Aura_bnb), and Telegram

  • Risk Note: This is an early-stage venture—success hinges on execution, community involvement, and market conditions.

4.2 First Property: Guayabo Glass House

Our debut project is an eco-friendly retreat in Costa Rica:

  • Design Details:

    • Glass walls for volcano views, solar-powered, rainwater collection.

    • Features: Hot tub, deck, trails to Miravalles hot springs.

  • Location: Guayabo, Guanacaste—lush, biodiverse, tourist-friendly.

  • Budget: $120,000 total; $20,000 raised via LP rewards.

  • Timeline:

    • 2025: Hit $120,000, finalize plans.

    • 2025: Start construction.

    • 2025: Complete, begin bookings.

  • Tracking: Funds will soon be visible on our website but you can track our wallets live

4.3 Challenges and Mitigation

  • Funding Risks: Crypto volatility could slow LP rewards.

    • Fix: Diversify with airdrops, partnerships.

  • Construction Delays: Weather or permits might stall Guayabo.

    • Fix: Buffer timelines, hire local experts.

  • Regulation: DAOs and trusts face evolving laws.

    • Fix: Legal advisors in Guernsey and Costa Rica.

4.4 PRD in Action

  • Now: Basic fundraising and token tools.

  • Next: Property planning module (2025), construction tracking (2026).
