Non-Technical Roadmap: Granular Evolving Technical Feature Requirements for Aura, Samsara, and Airscape

This roadmap outlines the ultra-granular build for Airscape, a platform emphasizing boutique unique stays. It includes a seamless wallet infrastructure, gasless MoonPay integration, and a roadmap to decentralization for funding and strategic decisions, with operations and marketing managed by the Airscape Management Schema. No rewards are active until the first property is complete, focusing on community engagement.

Why Are We Building This?

Airscape reimagines short-term stays by creating a user-owned, decentralized ecosystem for boutique unique stays—curated, experiential destinations for crypto natives, bohemians, and dreamers. Key goals include:

  • Cross-Border Investments: Enable seamless investment in unique stay properties through tokenized assets, with a dashboard for investing in 50% of larger new properties.

  • Liquidity: Provide minute-by-minute trading markets for real estate investments, making them hyper-liquid, with easy liquidity addition.

  • Transparency: Use Prasaga’s supply chain tracking for on-chain financials, including consumables, ensuring local sourcing, and provide a financials dashboard for Airscape as an index token with AI insights.

  • Direct Payouts: Deliver instant bookings and payouts from a decentralized trust, with governance tied to staked tokens.

  • Accessibility: Ensure users can participate without blockchain knowledge, using fiat payments (including credit cards, SEPA, etc.), gasless transactions, and simplified wallet management, with the ability to send rewards to bank accounts.

  • Community Benefits: Provide airdrops to Aura holders from future resorts, enable community-driven proposals and charitable initiatives, reward holders with referral booking rewards and reflections to stakers, support local economies through a user-rated vendor ecosystem, and allow staked rewards to be transferred for new property investments.

  • Sustainability: Prioritize environmental preservation, green energy, sustainability, and local economic support in new builds, charitable projects, and operations.

  • Symbiotic Integration: Build a crazier, cooler booking system that allows users to book directly through Airscape’s innovative platform while always offering the option to book through Airbnb and other external platforms (e.g., Tablet Hotels, Booking.com, Expedia), fostering a symbiotic relationship that enhances user choice and leverages external platforms’ reach.

  • Index Token Revenue Sharing: As an index token, Airscape redistributes revenue to all holders, with transparent financials and AI-driven insights to inform investment decisions.

  • Long-Term Vision: Create a global network of boutique unique stays with a cutting-edge, decentralized booking system that offers unparalleled features (including transport booking and local vendor services), works in harmony with established platforms, supports local economies, and provides equitable investment opportunities for holders.

Governance Note

  • Charter Governance: All token holder decisions are governed by a predefined charter to limit attack vectors, preventing 51% attacks or governance attacks via financial force. The charter ensures the Airscape Management Schema retains control over operations (e.g., application maintenance, property management, staff coordination) and marketing (e.g., campaigns, branding, user acquisition) throughout all phases, while token holders vote on specific categories (e.g., funding, new stay locations, charitable initiatives, partner approvals). The charter includes unchangeable rules on:

  • Types of structures: Only boutique unique stays (e.g., eco-retreats, cultural resorts).

  • Environmental responsibility: Mandatory sustainability practices (e.g., local sourcing, minimal ecological footprint).

  • Green energy: All properties must use renewable energy (e.g., solar, wind).

  • Green costs: Budget allocations for sustainability (e.g., 5% of funds for green initiatives).

  • User trust rewards: Mechanisms like referral rewards and revenue sharing cannot be altered.

  • Airscape Management Schema: The company-led framework overseeing operations and marketing ensures stability and consistency. A company will persist even after full decentralization, managing the application and operations side, while the community governs funding, new builds, and strategic decisions.

  • Roadmap to Complete Decentralization (Excluding Operations and Marketing):

  • Phase 1 (Aura Foundation): Governance begins with community votes within the app for funding decisions (Phase 1.7). The Airscape Management Schema retains full control over operations and marketing, guided by the charter.

  • Phase 2 (Aura Expansion, DEX, and Samsara Seed Raise): Community members are selected to hold multisig spots for funding through a community vote (Phase 2.1). Selected members release funds for specific milestones (e.g., new stay builds) after a 4-day voting period. The Airscape Management Schema continues to manage operations and marketing.

  • Phase 3 (Samsara Pilot Launch): Guardians are elected by the community to oversee funding decisions (Phase 3.1). Guardians can be removed via bi-yearly voting. The Airscape Management Schema retains control over operations and marketing.

  • Phase 5 (Airscape Full Launch and Partnerships): Architects, builders, and maintenance companies are selected by guardians and put up for community vote for funding allocation (Phase 5.1). The Airscape Management Schema manages operational implementation of these selections.

  • Phase 6 (Global Expansion): Full community-driven governance is achieved for funding, new builds, charitable initiatives, and partner approvals (Phase 6.1). Nine elected guardians hold a collective 30% voting weight, but the Airscape Management Schema retains control over operations and the application, ensuring stability while adhering to the charter.


Phase 1: Aura Foundation (9 Sub-Phases)

Goal: Build foundational tech for Aura on Solana, adding early fiat accessibility via MoonPay.

Phase 1.1: Domain, Landing Page, Token Launch, Blog, and Explanation Page (Already Live)
